Role Summary
The Client Manager LATAM will work with enterprise clients and agencies across the region, helping them turn WhatsApp into a measurable channel for growth, engagement, and commercial impact. The role focuses on strategic guidance, problem solving, client education, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers and agencies, helping them use WhatsApp as a growth and performance channel.
- Evaluate client challenges by reviewing business objectives, customer journeys, and performance metrics to identify root causes and growth opportunities.
- Create data-backed growth plans suited to different industries, use cases, and customer lifecycle stages, with an emphasis on measurable results.
- Run executive business reviews, workshops, and consulting discussions while aligning marketing, CRM, agency, and product stakeholders on common goals.
- Convert complex client needs into practical recommendations and work with internal product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver solutions that can scale.
- Develop durable executive-level relationships rooted in trust, strategic support, and business impact rather than reactive account handling.
- Support revenue growth by spotting new opportunities, expanding existing programs, and positioning WhatsApp as a key part of clients' marketing and customer engagement strategy.
- Keep clients informed about market trends, best practices, and new product features while encouraging fresh ideas and better approaches.
