Role overview
Payhawk is seeking a driven, adaptable, and self-motivated Business Development Representative based in Berlin to help grow the DACH market. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing the platform, developing relationships, and creating pipeline opportunities for Account Executives.
What you will do
- Own outbound prospecting efforts using channels such as email, phone, social selling, and events to connect with potential customers.
- Follow up on marketing-generated interest and nurture prospects into qualified leads.
- Build a healthy sales pipeline for the DACH region, with a focus on companies with more than 200 employees that match the ideal customer profile.
- Spot new market segments and suggest fresh campaign ideas to strengthen outreach.
- Review campaign performance and outreach data to improve future results.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities to help exceed monthly goals and support ongoing growth.
