Role Overview
This position is for an Account Manager focused on business development and sales expansion in Saudi Arabia, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft technologies. The role suits a proactive professional who can create new business opportunities, deepen client partnerships, and help grow market share in a fast-moving technology consulting environment.
Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Salary: 18 K SAR
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a similar discipline is required.
- Applicants should have 5 to 7 years of experience in business development and account management, ideally within technology consulting or IT services.
- A demonstrated history of winning new customers and growing existing accounts in the KSA market is important.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives that bring in new clients and increase revenue from current accounts, especially across Microsoft-related services and solutions.
- Spot high-value opportunities in Saudi Arabia and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across different industries.
- Manage the sales process from opportunity qualification and solution fit through negotiation and deal closure, ensuring client goals and business outcomes are aligned.
- Act as the main contact for key customers, maintaining a clear understanding of their needs and supporting long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Develop stronger engagement with enterprise and mid-market accounts by delivering value through Data, AI, Cloud, and Microsoft platform offerings.
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to design solutions that address customer requirements.
- Track market movements, new technologies, and competitor activity within the Microsoft ecosystem to guide sales strategy.
- Provide leadership with account updates and performance insights to support growth decisions in the KSA region.
