Business Analyst

Overview

RT Consulting is seeking a driven Business Analyst to join its team in a full-time, on-site role based in Australia. Key Responsibilities

• Create BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
• Strong ability to think analytically and evaluate problems critically.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Exposure to business process modelling and workflow analysis.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related productivity tools.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable reporting tools is helpful.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methods is preferred.
• Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to balance several priorities at once.
• Previous experience in a Business Analyst or similar role is preferred.
