Business Analyst (Entry/Junior)

About the role

We are seeking an entry-level to junior Business Analyst to support business improvement work through data analysis, better processes, and practical strategic input. This role is suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, partnering with stakeholders, and turning business needs into clear, actionable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and record business requirements from relevant stakeholders.
• Assess current workflows and suggest improvements that can raise efficiency.
• Assist business initiatives by coordinating with product, operations, and technical teams.
• Study business data and create reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
• Help with process mapping, workflow design, and rollout of solutions.
• Take part in user acceptance testing and confirm that requirements have been met.
• Keep project records up to date and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong analytical ability, logical reasoning, and problem-solving mindset.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity applications.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or process-mapping software will be an advantage.
• Well-developed organization and time-management skills to handle several priorities.
• Self-driven attitude with an interest in business improvement and innovation.
