Building Maintenance Representative

About the Role

The Brick is looking to add a Building Maintenance Representative to its distribution team in Quryat Al Olaya, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a hands-on role for someone who puts customers first, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys practical repair and maintenance work in a busy distribution centre. The position reports to the Distribution Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out detailed building cleaning and operating building detailing equipment.
• Maintaining and repairing MHE batteries as needed.
• Completing and recording preventive maintenance and repairs on assigned distribution centre fixtures and equipment, including overhead doors and dock plates.
• Carrying out and documenting routine inspections of tools, equipment, and the workplace.
• Attending any training required for building repair and property maintenance tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Comfort with operating material handling equipment.
• Working knowledge of most property maintenance functions.
• Capability to handle a broad range of building repair work.
• Ability to think practically and adapt repair methods to fit the situation.
• Experience with minor plumbing repairs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, power carts, and pallet jacks.
