Its technology is described as the only medically accurate, cuffless, continuous blood pressure monitor for everyday consumer use. The solution has been validated in extensive clinical trials, carries CE Mark approval as a Class IIa medical device, and is currently available in 12 countries. Hilo operates as a hybrid and remote-first organisation with headquarters in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.

- Find ways to improve efficiency and business outcomes through data-led recommendations.
Data Management and Governance
- Set and uphold strong standards for data quality, consistency and reliability across BI and analytics work.
- Define business metrics, KPI definitions and data standards, and keep them current.
- Partner with Data Engineering and IT on data architecture, integration and scalability.
- Drive governance efforts covering security, compliance, documentation and standardisation of metrics.
Stakeholder Management and Delivery
- Act as the main BI partner for Finance, Product, Commercial, Clinical and Leadership teams by converting business needs into effective analytics solutions.
- Run BI initiatives end-to-end, from requirements gathering to design, build and deployment, with strong quality and timeliness.
- Balance priorities across stakeholders and manage competing needs in a way that maximises impact.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders using clear data storytelling.
- Ensure BI solutions remain scalable, maintainable and aligned with the company’s wider data architecture and governance principles.
