Robotics Technologies is hiring motivated, target-oriented professionals for the Bench Sales Account Manager role in Hyderabad. The position begins as a 60-day hands-on internship focused on training for the US recruitment market. Candidates who complete the training successfully and meet the expected performance standards will move into a permanent full-time position.

Role Details

This opening is based at the company office in MLA Colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, and follows a night-shift schedule. The internship period is unpaid, but it offers the chance to learn end-to-end US staffing processes and transition into a salaried role after completion.

Internship Phase Benefits

• Training period of 60 days.

Work Schedule

Core Responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment cycle for a variety of IT roles in the US market.
• Source and screen candidates using job portals, professional networks, and internal talent databases.
• Conduct first-level interviews to evaluate technical ability, communication, and overall fit.
• Coordinate smoothly between clients and candidates to support interview scheduling and successful closures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to female candidates only.
• Applicants should hold a B.Tech, MBA, BBA, B.Sc, or any bachelor’s degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication is essential.
• Interest in HR, recruitment, and US staffing is preferred.
