Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service that feels effortless and engaging.
• Suggest custom alcohol-free drinks based on guest tastes and wellness preferences.
• Enhance the guest experience by explaining the inspiration, ingredients, and flavor profile behind each drink.
• Project a refined, assured, and premium service presence throughout every shift.
• Prepare and present a wide variety of high-quality non-alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, fresh juices, cold-pressed blends, herbal infusions, teas, functional drinks, specialty coffees, and handcrafted beverages.
• Develop original beverage ideas influenced by regional ingredients and international beverage trends.
• Keep flavor, presentation, and quality consistent across all drinks served.
• Maintain a spotless, well-organized, and visually appealing bar setup.
• Track inventory for fresh ingredients, syrups, garnishes, and specialty items.
• Reduce wastage and store perishables correctly to preserve quality.
• Work according to standard recipes, measurements, and portion guidelines.
• Apply strong knowledge of flavor combinations, botanicals, herbs, superfoods, teas, coffees, and infusions.
• Stay informed about evolving trends in non-alcoholic mixology and wellness-focused beverages.
• Partner with culinary and wellness teams to deliver cohesive guest experiences.

Experience and qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in a luxury hotel, upscale café, juice bar, or wellness-oriented beverage venue.
• Formal training or certification in mixology, barista work, or beverage preparation is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience in non-alcoholic mixology or wellness beverage service is strongly preferred.
• Previous pre-opening experience would be considered an advantage.
