Role overview
This position calls for an experienced AWS Cloud Architect with deep React.js expertise, strong frontend architecture capability, and practical familiarity with NestJS/Node.js for backend collaboration. The role centers on designing, building, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications on AWS while maintaining performance, security, and a polished user experience.
What you will do
- Architect and deliver scalable AWS-based solutions for web applications.
- Own frontend architecture and hands-on development using React.js.
- Connect UI layers with NestJS-driven backend services and APIs.
- Create secure, responsive, and high-performance digital experiences.
- Work extensively with AWS tools such as CloudFront, S3, API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, and CloudWatch.
- Support CI/CD rollouts, observability, and cloud engineering best practices.
- Partner with backend, DevOps, and product stakeholders to deliver complete end-to-end solutions.
Required skills and experience
- Strong practical experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Solid understanding of NestJS/Node.js and REST API integration patterns.
- Hands-on exposure to AWS services including S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Experience designing responsive interfaces, managing state with Redux or Context API, and improving frontend performance.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and cloud deployment practices.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security principles.
Preferred profile
- AWS Solution Architect certification is an advantage.
- Experience with micro frontends is preferred.
- Exposure to Terraform or CloudFormation is helpful.
- Knowledge of serverless and microservices-based designs is desirable.
Interview focus areas
- React architecture and performance tuning.
- Core AWS cloud architecture concepts.
- Deploying frontend applications on AWS using S3, CloudFront, and CDN patterns.
- API integration and NestJS fundamentals.
- Authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and Cognito.
- CI/CD and DevOps basics.
- Scalability, security, and system design thinking.
Role emphasis
The assessment places roughly 70–80% weight on React and frontend architecture, and around 20–30% on AWS and NestJS knowledge.
