Role Overview
This position is for an Associate in Product Development with around 2.0 to 3.0 years of experience. The role supports the end-to-end product development process by helping design, build, and improve new product features while working closely with senior colleagues and ensuring alignment with quality standards and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Help build product plans and delivery timelines.
- Take part in idea-generation sessions for new product concepts.
- Collaborate with product management to collect, review, and prioritize requirements.
- Study the market to spot trends, opportunities, and competitive signals.
- Support the full product development cycle from early concept through launch.
- Assist with testing and quality checks to maintain product performance and user experience.
- Contribute to product-related documentation and training content.
- Keep track of industry developments and competitor offerings.
