Role summary
This position focuses on steering e-commerce sales and growth across a mix of pure-play, omnichannel, and quick-commerce channels. The role is centered on improving conversion, expanding categories, strengthening price competitiveness, and driving profitable performance across major digital accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Own overall e-commerce sales outcomes across pure-play platforms such as Redmart, Shopee Supermarket, Amazon, and official stores, as well as omnichannel FPON and quick-commerce channels like Grabmart and Pandamart.
- Create and execute growth plans backed by data to grow market share, revenue, and profitability within the e-commerce channel.
- Lead demand planning and forecasting for e-commerce to support accurate volume planning and healthy stock availability.
- Work with supply chain, logistics, and commercial stakeholders to reduce BBD-related risks, limit inventory write-offs, and improve operational performance.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key e-commerce accounts through annual joint business planning.
- Partner with trade marketing to shape shared growth plans, including category expansion, promotional support, and performance targets.
- Handle commercial discussions with e-commerce buyers to secure favorable terms around discounts, advertising placements, and promotional contributions.
- Manage promotional investment efficiency by balancing trade spend, ROI, and visibility spending such as ads, banners, and homepage placements.
- Support regional e-commerce initiatives by aligning campaign strategies across markets for mega-sale events and omnichannel activations.
- Keep track of emerging digital commerce trends such as live shopping, AI-driven personalization, and direct-to-consumer models.
Candidate profile
- A degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in key account management for e-commerce is expected.
- The role calls for strong commercial judgment, the ability to guide a team, and a clear vision for profitable digital growth.
- You should be able to build balanced agreements with e-commerce buyers and business partners.
- Practical knowledge of S&OP processes and inventory planning is important.
- You must be comfortable analyzing e-commerce KPIs and using insights to refine commercial plans.
- Experience working with supply chain, marketing, finance, and digital teams is needed for smooth execution.
- Strong spoken and written English is necessary for day-to-day stakeholder communication.
Work location and schedule
The role is based at 18 Ah Hood Road #07-51, Hiap Hoe Building at Zhongshan Park, Singapore 329983.
This is a permanent full-time position.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a flexible work arrangement.
