About the Role
Grand Hyatt Al Khobar is looking for an Assistant Manager in Housekeeping to support the Housekeeping Manager with the daily running of the department. This role involves helping oversee housekeeping operations, guiding team members, and ensuring standards are consistently maintained.
What You’ll Do
You will contribute to the smooth day-to-day functioning of housekeeping by assisting with team supervision, staff development, and operational coordination.
- Support the Housekeeping Manager in handling routine departmental operations.
- Help train, guide, and supervise attendants and team leaders.
- Assist in maintaining service quality and operational standards across the housekeeping team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Housekeeping.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Good customer relationship skills.
