Role Summary

The Art Worker role involves building, updating, and refining artwork and layout materials for both print and digital outputs. The position requires close attention to brand guidelines, file accuracy, production quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and revise layouts, templates, and artwork using client briefs, technical specifications, and brand rules for print and digital materials.
• Prepare accurate artwork files and make amendments whenever required.
• Carry out detailed quality checks and pre-production reviews so that all files are correct, compliant, and ready for handoff.
• Partner with the Team Leader to resolve client questions and suggest the most suitable design and production approaches.
• Edit and optimise images, including setting the correct colour profiles for print and digital use.
• Record time and project details accurately in reporting systems.
• Follow studio processes, workflows, and established best practices, while identifying and recommending improvements where possible.
• Handle assigned work efficiently to consistently meet expectations for productivity, quality, and deadlines.
• Build a solid understanding of client brands and ensure every output follows the required brand standards.
• Work with Creative and Production teams on complex artwork adaptations, builds, and technical issues when needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven background in creating layouts, marketing materials, and multi-page documents with Adobe InDesign as the main tool.
• Strong knowledge of InDesign style sheets, formatting tools, and productivity features to complete work quickly and accurately.
• Comfort working from templates, brand guidelines, and style guides while keeping outputs consistent across formats.
• Good grasp of layout principles, typography, visual structure, and colour usage.
• High attention to detail with the ability to review files carefully and deliver error-free work.
• Advanced ability in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator, plus working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience preparing artwork for both print production and digital delivery.
• Clear understanding of brand compliance and applying identity standards across varied deliverables.
• Strong planning and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple jobs and deadlines.
• A degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Printing Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.

Compensation

The role offers a salary range of INR 60,000 to INR 80,000 per month.
