Architectural Coordinator

Role Overview

DEENN ENGINEERING PTE LTD is hiring an Architectural Coordinator in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting project execution for architectural works, keeping site activities aligned with plans, and coordinating between internal teams and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Support the Project Manager with architectural planning and help track the progress of architectural works on site.
• Coordinate with the client’s representative, consultants, and the relevant authorities to keep the project moving smoothly.
• Examine and revise architectural shop drawings, while working through technical issues as they arise.
• Handle site coordination with supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and other trades involved in the project.
• Monitor workmanship quality and contribute to QA/QC for architectural activities.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree in Building, Architecture, or an equivalent qualification is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Residential, Industrial, Commercial, and/or Institutional projects is needed.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Singapore.
