About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Arabic-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a growing remote team. The position focuses on delivering prompt, courteous, and effective support while helping customers with questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining a consistently high service experience.
Customer Communication
- Handle customer queries through email, chat, or phone in Arabic, with English support when needed.
- Share accurate guidance on products, services, and internal processes.
- Communicate with professionalism, clarity, and empathy at all times.
Issue Resolution
- Support customers by diagnosing and resolving routine problems.
- Work through the likely source of an issue and walk customers through the solution.
- Escalate more complex or sensitive matters to the right internal team.
Case Management
- Record each customer interaction in CRM or support tools.
- Monitor open cases and follow up until the issue is closed.
- Keep customer records accurate, complete, and current.
Quality and Service Standards
- Ensure every response aligns with company service and communication standards.
- Manage complaints with patience, care, and professionalism.
- Identify repeat issues and contribute ideas for ongoing service improvement.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
