Analyst / Associate - Growth Equity

Role overview

This role sits within a respected regional investment platform that is preparing to launch a new fund targeting later-stage growth and pre-IPO opportunities. The position is based in Doha and supports both investment execution and ongoing portfolio management.

What you will do

• Take ownership of the investment process from initial opportunity sourcing through due diligence, valuation, and deal completion.
• Develop and assess detailed financial models and valuation work for mature, growth-oriented businesses.
• Draft investment papers, market analysis documents, and related presentation materials.
• Identify new opportunities by engaging with the ecosystem, using professional networks, and conducting market research.
• Coordinate due diligence activities with both internal stakeholders and external advisers.
• Track portfolio company performance through financial review and KPI monitoring.
• Assist portfolio companies with strategy, expansion plans, and fundraising-related initiatives.
• Represent the firm across the regional investment and technology landscape.

Candidate profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or venture capital.
• Strong capability in financial modelling, valuation, and analytical problem-solving.
• Prior exposure to later-stage or growth-stage companies; familiarity with public markets is beneficial.
• A solid academic record; CFA or comparable professional qualifications are an advantage.
• Clear communication skills, sound commercial thinking, and a careful eye for detail.
• Genuine enthusiasm for technology, entrepreneurship, and investing.
• English fluency is mandatory; Arabic would be a plus.
• Must be prepared to relocate to Doha.
