AI Solutions Architect

Role Overview

This is a full-time remote opportunity with one of our client organizations for a Member of Technical Staff focused on AI engineering. The position is centered on building and scaling advanced AI systems that help transform how talent is discovered and matched, with strong emphasis on practical engineering, model integration, and infrastructure.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI models and supporting infrastructure using Python and AWS.
• Develop and integrate advanced large language models and multimodal systems that can handle text, audio, video, and visual inputs.
• Work closely with product, research, and engineering stakeholders to turn business and technical needs into solid solutions.
• Contribute to systems that improve how AI learns, reasons, and performs across areas such as finance, healthcare, engineering, and related domains.
• Work directly on next-generation AI recruiting technology, including the client’s AI recruiter model, Zara.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying scalable AI solutions and infrastructure.
• Strong Python development skills and practical AWS experience.
• Ability to work with advanced LLMs and multimodal AI systems.
• Good understanding of where large language models and multimodal tools work well and where they have limits.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities for cross-functional work.
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving approach for complex technical challenges.

Compensation

The payout range for this role is USD 160,000 to USD 300,000 per year.
