Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Agile / Project Manager based in the United States to guide cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle. This position focuses on delivering work on time and within budget while strengthening Agile ways of working and driving continuous improvement.

What you will do

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, Agile delivery, Scrum Master work, or a similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and general project management practices.
  • Background in leading cross-functional teams and juggling several projects at once.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and personal organization.

Preferred background

  • Experience with technology, software development, digital transformation, or business process improvement initiatives.
