Role overview

Rapson Loans, Finance and Insurance is hiring an Adviser Support team member to strengthen its lending support function in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty. The position is best suited to someone with experience in lending or mortgage lending who is dependable, well organised, and enjoys supporting clients throughout the process.

What the role involves

This position focuses on keeping work progressing behind the scenes. You will help with follow-ups to banks, assist with client communications, prepare and organise information, and ensure clients feel supported from start to finish. The role plays an important part in making sure the advisory process runs smoothly.

What the team is looking for

The ideal candidate will bring lending or mortgage lending experience, strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and clear communication. You should be reliable, comfortable working in a busy but enjoyable environment, and able to stay calm while taking a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Important note

This is a key support position because the work completed in the background is just as important as the advice given directly to clients.
