Account Executive

Role overview

The account executive will handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring records are accurate, payments are processed properly, and reports are maintained in an organized manner.

Core responsibilities

This role covers billing activities, voucher preparation, invoice handling, bank reconciliation, GST and TDS documentation, support for payroll-related tasks, vendor payment processing, cash management, and preparation of financial reports.

Skills and knowledge needed

Candidates should be comfortable working with Tally, MS Excel, and the fundamentals of accounting. Practical understanding of routine bookkeeping and compliance-related record maintenance will be important for success in this position.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Com degree in any specialization.
