About the internship

This is a remote sales internship with FileSure India Private Limited, a startup working to improve compliance management in India through a technology-led platform. The role is designed for energetic, goal-oriented candidates who can support B2B growth by reaching out to prospective clients and compliance professionals and clearly explaining how the platform can help simplify compliance workflows.

What you'll do

• Place outbound sales calls to B2B prospects, with a target of 80 to 100 calls per day while keeping connected conversations high.
• Speak with business owners and compliance professionals to present the company’s offerings and value proposition.
• Maintain a strong daily volume of connected calls.
• Work toward monthly sales goals set by the team.
• Track daily call activity, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
• Keep attendance and activity logs updated accurately.
• Coordinate with internal team members on lead progress and conversion status.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship, able to begin between 29 Jun 2026 and 3 Aug 2026, available for a 3-month duration, and should have relevant skills and interest in sales.

• Comfortable communicating in both English and Hindi.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion ability.
• Self-driven, target-focused, and motivated to perform consistently.
• Disciplined, punctual, and reliable with daily reporting.
• Must have a personal laptop, smartphone, and dependable internet access.
• Should be comfortable working in a remote/WFH setup.

Perks and compensation

The internship offers a fixed stipend of INR 7,000 per month. If monthly sales reach ₹1 lakh, total pay for that month becomes ₹10,000, which includes a ₹3,000 milestone bonus. There is also additional incentive for sales beyond the first ₹1 lakh. A certificate is provided, the workweek is 5 days, and a PPO may be offered depending on performance and business needs.

Additional information

This is a performance-based internship with a fixed stipend plus sales-linked incentives. The monthly payout can rise to ₹10,000 when ₹1 lakh in sales is achieved in a month. A milestone bonus of ₹3,000 applies on crossing the ₹1 lakh sales threshold, and further incentives are available for sales beyond that level.
