About the internship

This full-time, in-office internship is for a customer support role focused on resolving user concerns with care, professionalism, and empathy. The position involves handling negative feedback, keeping customer records accurate, and making sure follow-ups happen on time so issues are properly closed. You will also help the Quality team spot repeated problems and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer complaints carefully and respond to concerns in a calm, respectful, and empathetic way.
• Keep complete and organized records of customer feedback and interactions.
• Follow up with customers promptly to ensure their issues have been resolved.
• Work with the Quality team to identify common issues and support customer satisfaction improvements.
• Maintain courteous, professional communication in every customer interaction.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to start between 16 June 2026 and 21 July 2026, and commit to a 3-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Strong communication ability in both Hindi and English.
• Active listening skills and the ability to quickly understand customer concerns.
• Patience and a professional approach while dealing with complaints or negative feedback.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new processes.

Compensation

The stipend is INR 13,000 to 15,000 per month.
