Role Overview
Synstack Technologies is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the US and domestic IT staffing space. The role focuses on building business opportunities, managing client relationships, and partnering with recruitment teams to meet hiring needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Create fresh business opportunities and win new clients across US and domestic IT staffing markets.
- Develop, strengthen, and preserve long-term relationships with clients.
- Work in coordination with recruitment teams to deliver against client hiring requirements.
- Support business expansion by meeting sales and revenue goals.
- Monitor market movements, competitor activity, and industry shifts to spot new opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should already have active clients in the US and/or domestic IT staffing market and a demonstrated ability to generate business from existing accounts. The role also requires readiness to bring immediate staffing opportunities, along with strong connections across direct clients, MSPs, VMS accounts, and system integrators.
Applicants should have established relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers, plus a solid background in IT staffing sales and business development. Strong account handling, client acquisition, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are important, along with a self-driven, target-focused, and growth-oriented approach.
