User Experience Designer

Role overview

Club Immobilier SEN is looking for a part-time remote User Experience Designer to shape clear, intuitive digital experiences across its products and platforms. The position centers on turning user needs and research insights into practical design solutions that improve how people interact with the company’s digital touchpoints.

What you will do

In this role, you will study user behavior, map journeys, develop wireframes, and build prototypes that illustrate how features should work and look. You will work closely with product and development teams to convert requirements into well-defined UX outputs, then refine your work using feedback from stakeholders and end users. You will also help keep the experience consistent across different surfaces, prepare design handoff materials for implementation, and support ongoing improvements to the overall product experience.

Qualifications

• A strong user-first approach, with practical knowledge of UX principles and design thinking.
• Ability to organize and run user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Capability in visual design, including thoughtful use of layout, typography, and interface elements.
• Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design in current design tools.
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first product experiences.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a remote setup.
• Clear communication skills for explaining design decisions and presenting concepts.
• Education or equivalent experience in UX design, product design, human-computer interaction, or a similar area.
