Role Overview
Alkimii is hiring a Training & Implementation Executive to support new customers as they roll out and begin using the platform. This position suits someone who enjoys teaching, learning new software, and helping teams get comfortable with fresh systems. You will start by working alongside experienced colleagues on implementations and, over time, take on more responsibility for customer onboarding projects.
What You Will Do
As a member of the Training & Implementation Team, you will help guide customers through onboarding and make sure they feel confident using Alkimii in their daily operations.
- Assist with setting up the Alkimii platform for new customers in Ireland and the UK
- Learn each customer’s operating processes and help configure the system around their needs
- Run training sessions both online and in person so teams can use the platform effectively
- Support onboarding work such as preparation, system configuration, and customer follow-up
- Provide help during the early adoption phase to ensure a smooth move to the new system
- Work with Customer Success and Product teams to pass on feedback and strengthen the onboarding journey
- Take on more ownership of implementation and onboarding projects as you build experience in the role

- You develop a solid understanding of the Alkimii platform and how hospitality teams use it
- You are able to confidently support customer onboarding and training sessions
- Customers feel guided and supported while adopting the system
- You contribute ideas that improve onboarding workflows and internal processes
Ideal Background
This role is likely to suit someone who has worked in hospitality operations, hospitality management, or education. You should enjoy helping others learn, be comfortable presenting to customers, and be organised enough to juggle several tasks at once. A proactive mindset, curiosity, and a desire to grow within a fast-moving SaaS business are also important.
Requirements
- Strong technical and computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication, plus presentation skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland
- A full, clean driving licence
- Willingness to travel around Ireland and sometimes to the UK
