Technical Content Writer

Role overview

We are looking for a meticulous and imaginative Digital Content & UX Writer to own the full lifecycle of bilingual digital content in Arabic and English across multiple platforms. The position focuses on shaping clear, helpful, and consistent user-facing copy that improves how people interact with products and services.

This role is centered on UX writing and content design. You will create short-form interface copy such as notifications, error prompts, form labels, and other in-product text that supports smooth navigation and a better overall user experience.

Core responsibilities

• Plan, create, and maintain high-quality digital content in both Arabic and English.
• Write concise interface copy that improves usability and keeps users engaged.
• Ensure language remains accurate, consistent, and easy to understand across every touchpoint.
• Shape content so it reflects the approved tone of voice and terminology guidelines.
• Keep messaging culturally appropriate and relevant for varied audiences.
• Work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to refine and improve user flows.

Experience and skill profile

• 8 years of experience in content creation.
• Strong understanding of UX writing and content design principles.
• Excellent writing ability in Arabic and English.
• Strong interest in building digital experiences that are focused on the user.

Additional notes

The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a contract position and requires onsite presence.
