About the role
This position is built around the company value of getting involved and helping wherever support is needed. As a Team Member Plus, you will not be assigned to a single department. Instead, you’ll move between different parts of the resort to help teams deliver a strong guest experience.
Every week will look different. The role includes cleaning guest accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, while the remaining days may place you in areas such as sports and activities, restaurants, quick-service dining, buffets, bars, shops, or the fairground. At times, you may work across more than one area.
The business also offers apprenticeship opportunities, and this role may connect with training paths such as Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2. More details can be discussed during recruitment if you are interested.
About you
The ideal candidate is upbeat, adaptable, and comfortable juggling different tasks while learning as they go. Prior work experience is not required. What matters most is a positive attitude, enthusiasm, a willingness to help out, and a genuine desire to improve the guest experience.
You will receive a full 90-day onboarding plan and the support of a buddy to help you settle into the role. If you want to build a career in hospitality, this job offers practical exposure to several guest-facing areas.
Candidates with any of the following are also encouraged to apply: FA Level 1 football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or an NCPLH personal licence qualification.
Role details
- This is a full-time position.
- The working pattern is 30 to 35 hours per week, spread across 5 days out of 7.
- Evening shifts and weekend working are part of the schedule.
- Live-in accommodation may be available for people who are moving to the area.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
