Store Manager

Role Overview

This position is for a Store Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a focus on premium menswear retail. The role centers on sales growth, client relationship management, team leadership, store operations, and maintaining high luxury brand standards across every customer touchpoint.

Sales and Client Development

• Lead the store’s commercial performance by achieving and surpassing sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Develop a strong repeat-customer base through personalized service and relationship-driven selling.
• Track core retail metrics such as conversion rate, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
• Spot high-value clients and create targeted engagement approaches for them.

Luxury Customer Experience

• Create a refined, highly personalized shopping journey that reflects premium brand expectations.
• Advise customers on styling for formalwear, business attire, and casual luxury pieces.
• Manage interactions with VIP and high-profile customers with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain strong after-sales support and nurture long-term client relationships.

Team Leadership and Development

• Guide, motivate, and develop a sales team to perform at a high level.
• Deliver regular coaching on product knowledge, styling, and luxury service standards.
• Set clear performance targets and monitor both individual and team outcomes.
• Build a workplace culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Store Operations and Inventory

• Manage daily store activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate stock control, replenishment planning, and inventory records.
• Reduce shrinkage and uphold loss-prevention practices.
• Work with buying and merchandising teams to support product availability.

Visual Merchandising and Brand Standards

• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising remain aligned with premium brand guidelines.
• Keep the store environment, cleanliness, and overall ambience at luxury standards.
• Oversee the execution of seasonal product launches and in-store promotional activity.

Business and Compliance

• Review sales results and prepare performance reports for management.
• Monitor store spending and support profitability improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and safety rules.

Experience and Background

The ideal candidate should bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience, along with 5 to 10 years in fashion retail and at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial position. Prior exposure to premium or luxury menswear brands is essential, as is a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Skills and Profile

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, along with excellent clienteling and relationship-building capability. A solid understanding of menswear styling, fabrics, and fashion trends is also important.
