What you will do
- Prepare the production line at the beginning of the shift, including setup tasks and initial checks.
- Carry out weight inspections, product measurements, and foreign body control procedures.
- Make on-the-fly line adjustments to keep product quality within required standards.
- Monitor line performance by comparing planned output with actual run rate and efficiency.
- Collect pastry waste and route it for rework where appropriate.
