Role Summary

The company is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to support its projects in Dubai. In this position, you will manage the daily execution of landscaping and swimming pool construction works, making sure activities are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the expected quality level.

This is a full-time, on-site role that involves regular coordination with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site operations across landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, and hardscape activities.
• Make sure work is executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Track project progress and prepare daily as well as weekly site updates.
• Manage communication and scheduling for labour crews, subcontractors, and deliveries of materials.
• Carry out site checks and quality assurance inspections.
• Support site measurements, setting out tasks, and quantity calculations.
• Identify technical challenges and work with the project management team to resolve them.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Join consultant, client, and authority inspections whenever needed.
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and allocation of resources.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field is required.
• At least 3 years of UAE experience in landscaping, swimming pool construction, or civil works is needed.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and site processes is important.
• Prior experience handling labour teams and subcontractors is necessary.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required.
• Awareness of Dubai Municipality, developer, and other local authority procedures is expected.
• Good communication and problem-solving ability are essential.
• A UAE driving licence is preferred.
