Role overview
Coffee Ed is looking for a dependable service crew member to support daily front-of-house operations in a lively dining setting.
What you'll do
- Deliver attentive and high-quality service so guests have a positive dining experience.
- Record customer orders accurately and bring food and drinks to tables with care.
- Keep the dining space neat, clean, and well arranged throughout service.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to help meals move out on time.
- Respond to guest questions and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
Qualifications and experience
