Role Overview
This position is for an experienced Senior IT System Administrator to join a growing IT services organization serving clients near Munich, Germany. The role focuses on maintaining and improving customer IT environments, delivering infrastructure projects, and contributing to a security-conscious technical setup.
Work Arrangement
The role is based south of Munich with a hybrid setup. After the onboarding period, there is flexibility to work from home for up to 2 days per week.
Compensation and Employment
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering an annual salary in the range of €45,000 to €60,000, along with a performance-based bonus.

Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft and Linux system landscapes.
- Plan and execute infrastructure-related IT projects.
- Provide support for client environments both remotely and on site.
- Set up and manage cloud-based projects and services.
- Configure and maintain hardware and software solutions.
- Advise customers technically and help deliver projects to completion.
Required Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT administration or infrastructure roles. Practical exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, SQL, and server technologies is expected, along with working knowledge of networking, backup systems, and monitoring tools.
Language Requirements
German proficiency at B2 level or above is required, and English proficiency at C1 level or above is also necessary.
