GT’s mission is to connect the world’s best talent with product careers offered by high-growth companies in the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, and the Netherlands.Our clients operate in industries like healthcare, life sciences, fintech, retail, e-commerce, finance and many more, giving our team exposure to real-world, high-impact projects.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a UK-based client in the healthcare and pharmacy domain, supporting Data Science & Analytics delivery squads.This is a 6-month contract with potential extension.You will operate in an enterprise Agile environment focused on delivery predictability, transparency, and continuous improvement, working closely with UK stakeholders and distributed teams.You will collaborate with:Product OwnersDelivery ManagersEngineering LeadsBusiness AnalystsTest LeadsDistributed delivery teamsThis is a hands-on Scrum Master role requiring independence, strong facilitation skills, and a practical approach to improving team ownership and delivery outcomes.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews / demos, and retrospectives.Maintain clear sprint boards, dashboards, RAID logs, dependency tracking, and delivery status reporting in Jira and DevOps / Azure DevOps.Coach teams on Agile behaviours, including sprint goals, estimation, story clarity, acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done.Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Engineering Leads, Business Analysts, Test Leads, and stakeholders to keep work prioritised and ready for delivery.Track blockers, risks, dependencies, and key decisions, ensuring they are escalated through the right delivery forums and resolved in a timely manner.Support PI / release planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART alignment, and continuous improvement across distributed teams where required.Improve story quality, estimation discipline, backlog hygiene, sprint predictability, and follow-through from retrospectives.Ensure delivery reporting is clear, evidence-based, and reliable.Essential knowledge, skills & experienceStrong Scrum Master experience in technology delivery environments5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role, ideally within large-scale or enterprise environmentsHands-on Jira experience, including sprint boards, dashboards, work item tracking, and sprint reportingFamiliarity with DevOps / Azure DevOpsStrong understanding of Agile and Scrum deliveryExperience improving backlog hygiene, story readiness, acceptance criteria, and sprint disciplineAbility to provide clear, evidence-based status reportingStrong stakeholder management skillsExperience working with distributed teams, including onshore / offshore delivery modelsComfortable working with UK stakeholders and overlapping with UK working hoursNice-to-haveSAFe experiencePI planning experienceScrum of Scrums or ART alignment experienceMural experienceRetail, digital, data platform, cloud, data, or AI delivery exposurePSM, CSM, or SAFe certificationExperience working in governance-heavy enterprise delivery environmentsInterview StepsGT interview with Recruiter.Technical interview.Final interview.Offer.Security check.
