About the role

This position sits within EY’s Global Managed Service team focused on Identity and Access Management. The role is centered on supporting and improving the Saviynt platform, meeting engagement needs, and maintaining service quality in line with agreed SLAs. You’ll also contribute to a broader mission of helping build a better working world through technology-enabled trust and transformation.

What you will do

  • Implement Saviynt Identity Governance solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Enhance and extend the Saviynt object model when required.
  • Work on lifecycle events and Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems through investigation, debugging, and research.
  • Apply core IGA knowledge across user lifecycle management, provisioning, reconciliation, auditing, reporting, user activity monitoring, access certification, and segregation of duties.
  • Support integrations and service interactions using REST and SOAP web services.
  • Use Java/J2EE and SQL knowledge to support development and issue resolution.
  • Deliver Level 2 support within the agreed service levels.
  • Design and manage attestation and certification campaigns, including user manager, service account, entitlement owner, role owner, application owner, application owner metadata, self-attestation, and organization owner campaigns.
  • Build and maintain user onboarding workflows and role provisioning processes.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent repeat issues.
  • Monitor IAM platform components and resources and provide support to end users.
  • Handle daily health checks, incident support, email support, tool upgrades, monitoring, and status reporting while coordinating with Development and QA teams to resolve issues.
  • Carry out systems analysis and tuning to improve infrastructure performance.
  • Contribute as a strong team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support application onboarding activities and related resources.
  • Use strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Adapt quickly, work independently, and maintain a positive approach under pressure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience in Saviynt administration and identity governance support.
  • Understanding of IGA concepts such as lifecycle management, provisioning, reconciliation, access reviews, reporting, and SOD.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services.
  • Working knowledge of Java/J2EE and SQL.
  • Experience with attestation and certification campaign setup.
  • Ability to perform Level 2 support and incident handling.
  • Ability to perform root-cause analysis and process improvements.
  • Strong background in application onboarding resources.
  • Good-to-have exposure to custom Java development for tasks, connectors, plugins, or similar components.
  • Good-to-have experience with JDBC, web service, and SCIM 2.0 connectors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.
  • Willingness to provide on-call support and work occasional overtime.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
