Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer

Role summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer who can independently partner with business teams to create, refine, and deliver end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions. The role focuses on Salesforce CRM Analytics, previously known as Einstein Analytics, with additional exposure to Tableau, Tableau Next, and Conversational Analytics. You will be expected to build scalable solutions that help teams make better decisions using data.

Job details

Experience required: 8 to 10 years in Salesforce CRM Analytics

Work location: Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Greater Noida, and Gurgaon

Work arrangement: Work from office 3 days per week

Key responsibilities

• Design and build complete CRM Analytics solutions from the ground up.
• Use Salesforce administration knowledge to support solution delivery.
• Create and manage dataflows, recipes, datasets, and data transformations.
• Develop advanced calculations using SAQL.
• Build interactive dashboards and lenses for business users.
• Apply CRM Analytics features along with Tableau Next or Conversational Analytics exposure.
• Use Salesforce Data Cloud to bring together customer data from several sources into a unified profile.
• Create complex joins across Salesforce objects.
• Build row-level and aggregate calculations while keeping performance impact low.
• Improve performance for large-scale datasets and dashboards.
• Set up security predicates and row-level access controls.
• Connect external data through CSV files, APIs, Data Cloud, and similar sources.
• Work with stakeholders to convert business needs into analytics solutions.
• Test dashboards for performance and verify data accuracy.
• Resolve production issues and enhance existing dashboards.
• Maintain strong standards for naming, version control, and deployment practices.
• Agentforce certification and relevant work experience are preferred.
