The company operates with 11,800 colleagues in more than 150 countries and continues to invest in the people and tools that support customers in a fast-changing environment.

About the Role

This position is for a Sales Operations Analyst who will act as a dependable operational partner to the New Zealand sales team and the expanding Regulatory Compliance business across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. The role goes beyond standard reporting and sits at the heart of the business, working with sales leaders, business development managers, account managers, and technical teams to improve performance, simplify processes, and support the rollout of new systems and working methods.

The role is focused on solving operational problems, improving forecasting accuracy, connecting cross-functional teams, and strengthening the structure needed for a growing sales organisation. It is well suited to someone who enjoys creating clarity from complexity and has a visible impact on how a business runs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the New Zealand sales team to support sales rhythm, pipeline management, and strong operational practices.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for New Zealand within the wider Pacific Sales Operations group.
  • Assist business development managers and account managers by improving systems, reporting, and day-to-day processes.
  • Promote effective Salesforce usage while maintaining strong data quality, accurate reporting, and disciplined sales processes.
  • Strengthen forecasting reliability and sales visibility through analysis and reporting.
  • Help the Regulatory Compliance business scale by introducing better structure, operating models, and repeatable processes.
  • Support technology rollouts, data migrations, and new product introductions.
  • Review and refine sales workflows across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
  • Work across teams to remove blockers and resolve operational issues.
  • Encourage the use of AI, automation, and digital tools that improve productivity, decisions, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a comparable operational role.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting, pipeline oversight, and process control.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with operational data.
  • Background supporting sales teams and influencing stakeholders at different levels.
  • Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Confidence to question assumptions, ask the right questions, and push for better ways of working.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong relationship-building ability.
  • A self-starting approach and the ability to work with minimal guidance.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with teams across multiple countries.
  • Exposure to process mapping or SOP creation.
  • Experience with technology adoption, systems change, or transformation projects.
  • Presentation skills or experience supporting change enablement.
