ManpowerGroup Singapore is hiring a Sales Executive for a focused new-business acquisition role. This position is centered on sales rather than recruitment delivery, so your main responsibility will be to open conversations, create interest, and convert prospects into new client accounts and job orders.
What you will do
- Identify prospective clients and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate job orders by connecting with hiring decision-makers on the client side.
- Research companies entering the Singapore market and position ManpowerGroup as a preferred recruitment partner.
- Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure a smooth handoff and delivery process after job orders are secured.
