This opportunity is for a Proposal Writer who can combine technical grounding with strong business writing. The ideal candidate started in a hands-on technical role such as engineering, development, or technical consulting, and later moved into proposal or bid writing for enterprise clients.

What you will handle

• Lead proposal creation from start to finish for major enterprise RFPs and RFIs.
• Convert intricate technical solutions into persuasive, easy-to-follow business stories.
• Work closely with pre-sales, solution architecture, and delivery stakeholders.
• Coordinate bid schedules, compliance tracking, and core win messaging.
• Use a technical perspective to strengthen proposals in a way many writers cannot.

Candidate profile

The role is best suited to someone with at least 9 years of experience in proposal or bid writing, backed by prior experience as a technical practitioner such as a developer, engineer, technical consultant, or similar. You should understand enterprise sales processes, solution design, and how complex deals move through multiple stakeholders.

Strong storytelling, sharp written communication, and experience managing large, high-complexity bids are essential. The position is open to candidates based anywhere in India, with remote or hybrid working options available.
