Role Overview
The PR and Communications team plays a central role in strengthening YouTrip’s reputation, highlighting its products and services, and building trust with users and stakeholders. In this role, you will help manage the company’s public image across Asia Pacific, working with the Communications Manager and collaborating with teams across data, marketing, and YouBiz commercial functions.
This position may be offered as PR and Communications Executive or Senior Executive depending on your experience.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to building and protecting YouTrip’s brand reputation while supporting positive media visibility, with a focus on Singapore, Thailand, and Australia.
- Plan and deliver communication initiatives that support wider business goals.
- Develop and nurture relationships with journalists, media houses, and ecosystem partners in the fintech and travel spaces.
- Write press releases, social content, and other communication materials that clearly express YouTrip’s mission and updates.
- Design and run media pitching efforts to secure strong coverage for launches, partnerships, and company announcements.
- Spot compelling story angles and help prepare speaking opportunities such as panels, thought leadership events, and private industry sessions.
- Assist with organising press meetings, media events, and conferences.
Who This Role Suits
You should have 0–2 years of experience in PR, ideally within fintech or consumer technology, either in-house or with an agency. The role is well suited to someone who is confident in handling corporate reputation, media engagement, and issue-related communications.
The team is looking for someone who is resourceful, persistent, and able to solve problems creatively. A genuine interest in payments, travel, and fintech innovation is important, along with the flexibility to perform well in a fast-moving environment.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Singapore.
