Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager within the PMO is accountable for driving complex business initiatives from start to finish while keeping them aligned with company strategy and technical requirements. The role calls for deep technical understanding, strong leadership, and the ability to manage projects independently with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end delivery of complex business projects, making sure they stay aligned with strategic priorities and technical expectations.
• Use advanced business and technical expertise to manage integrations, server setup, and cybersecurity controls related to payment solutions.
• Support and coach project teams by setting clear goals, reinforcing accountability, and encouraging high performance.
• Build, improve, and apply project management methods and frameworks suited to the payments sector.
• Work closely with the Head of Enterprise and operate with a high degree of independence in decisions and execution.
• Demonstrate strong ownership and leadership, taking action confidently without needing frequent direction.
• Follow the company code of conduct and ethics at all times.
• Represent and support the company’s vision, mission, values, and expected behaviors.
• Help strengthen company culture and act as a positive ambassador for the organization.
