About the company
OliOli® Children's Museum began as a pioneering play-and-learn concept that turned open-ended exploration into immersive gallery experiences. The team is now expanding with Hoppi®, a new family play destination launching soon in a new mall in Abu Dhabi.
Hoppi® is created for children aged 2 to 8 and blends energetic physical play with hands-on exhibit zones. It is designed as a place where children can imagine, experiment, and have fun, while parents enjoy a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment.
The broader mission is to make Hoppi® a favorite family destination in Abu Dhabi and bring more joy, creativity, and playfulness into family life.

The founders describe themselves as young parents who have been fortunate to pursue their dream. Their goal is to help children become happier, more creative, imaginative, informed, inspired, aware, balanced, and amazed, while creating moments of joy for them.
Role overview
Play Facilitators, also called Imaginators, help deliver Hoppi®'s vision by creating memorable experiences for children. They work inside the exhibit zones and serve as brand ambassadors, engaging visitors with empathy, care, and enthusiasm.
Visitor experience and service
The role focuses on making every visitor interaction positive, inclusive, culturally respectful, and memorable. You will help guests feel welcomed, guide them around the venue, explain the exhibits and programs, and support a friendly, visitor-first atmosphere. The role may also involve wearing a mascot costume on special occasions, leading birthday celebrations with themed costumes, managing school groups, birthday groups, and camp activities, collecting guest feedback, and following opening and closing routines such as cleaning, restocking, and preparing program materials.
Exhibits area and education
You are expected to understand Hoppi®'s philosophy, learning goals, and developmental approach. The role includes participating in training to improve visitor engagement, leading field trips, communicating appropriately with teachers and students based on age group, and helping keep every part of the facility neat, organized, well supplied, and in good condition.
Safety and security
Safety is a major part of the position. You will help maintain a secure environment for children and all visitors, support people during incidents or emergencies, take ownership of facility safety concerns, report repair or improvement needs, and stay prepared to follow emergency procedures such as fire evacuation and accident reporting during operating hours.
Working schedule
This position requires availability on weekends and public holidays.
Additional information
Experience in customer service, family learning, or retail operations is preferred. Backgrounds involving young children aged 1 to 10 in recreational settings, after-school programs, or classrooms are a plus. Strong communication, the ability to engage positively with children, adults, and larger groups, and experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments are important. English fluency is required, while additional language skills such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are an advantage. The role also suits people who are adaptable, team-oriented, energetic, patient, empathetic, respectful of diversity, and enthusiastic about working with children and families.
