About the Role
Nili Lotan is hiring a People Coordinator to work closely with the HR Director. The role centers on day-to-day people operations, including onboarding and exit coordination, employee data management, recruiting support, and internship program support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, careful with details, and comfortable working in ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage new hire onboarding end to end, including I-9 checks and completion of required hire paperwork.
- Partner with IT and Payroll to support employee exits and offboarding steps.
- Create and update new employee profiles in ADP Workforce Now.
- Keep employee files current and process updates along with benefits-related changes in ADP Workforce Now.
- Help maintain organizational charts and other internal structure updates.
- Work with ADP to resolve issues related to payroll, benefits, and HRIS functionality.
- Support recruiting activities such as posting jobs on LinkedIn and other hiring channels, arranging interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Assist with recruitment for the company’s internship program.
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives and special projects as required.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience supporting human resources operations.
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or another HR information system.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Dependable work habits with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Background in retail or luxury fashion will be considered an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected annual salary range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000, though the company may choose to pay outside this range in certain cases. The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, a retirement plan, an employee discount, and a clothing allowance.
