Role Overview
In this position, you will help run day-to-day production activities so manufacturing work stays efficient, well-coordinated, and aligned with company standards. The role supports production scheduling, performance monitoring, quality and safety execution, and continuous improvement initiatives to help the team meet output targets and strengthen overall operations.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to shaping policies and process rules so production activities support business objectives.
- Strengthen operational systems and quality controls.
- Help coordinate the resources needed to complete the daily production plan.
- Apply Lean Production and Six Sigma practices to improve efficiency, product quality, and cost performance.
- Support ongoing training efforts to build team capability.
- Assist the production manager with other managerial and operational assignments as needed.
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or Logistics.
- More than 2 years of experience in production management in a comparable industry.
- Solid understanding of production control and quality management principles.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- A practical mindset for improving processes and workflows.
- Logical, strategic, and structured thinking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and influence others.
- Customer-oriented approach.
