Key Responsibilities
- Perform eye examinations and assessments with accuracy and care.
- Provide correct prescriptions and recommend suitable eyewear options.
- Fit spectacles, contact lenses, and other optical aids to ensure comfort and visual clarity.
- Help customers choose lenses and frames that suit their vision needs and lifestyle.
- Advise customers on lens categories, frame selection, and contact lens maintenance.
- Build customer trust through professional consultation and a strong service approach.
- Handle optical stock planning and monitor product availability.
- Review customer preferences and buying trends to support product decisions.
- Keep up to date with newer lens technologies and changing eyewear styles.
- Share inputs on sales performance, stock movement, and customer trends with the team.
- Support store growth by contributing insights that improve the customer experience.
- Maintain high standards in eye measurements, refraction, and dispensing quality.
- Review and improve quality processes to raise customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience
