Role Overview

This is a full-time Operations Executive role for the US process, based in Mumbai and requiring on-site work. The role follows a US shift schedule and a 6-day work week.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders across multiple marketplaces and platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Flipkart, and Walmart.
• Manage customer conversations through email and chat while taking full ownership of the customer experience.
• Respond promptly and professionally, keeping customer satisfaction, reviews, and brand voice in focus.
• Resolve order-related problems and customer escalations.
• Work with internal teams to close customer issues from start to finish.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Strong understanding of customer experience principles and empathy for customers.
• Hands-on exposure to ticketing or CRM tools such as Zendesk; experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage personal quality metrics, performance targets, KPIs, KRAs, and SLAs.
• Comfort working night shifts in a fast-moving environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented approach.
• Drawing ability is considered a plus.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to any graduate who is comfortable working on-site in Mumbai and in a US shift.
