Key Duties
- Run and oversee rolling mill machinery to meet steel production targets.
- Carry out roll replacements, roll setup, and necessary adjustments to preserve output quality.
- Track rolling settings, product dimensions, and surface finish throughout production.
- Work across roughing, intermediate, finishing, or BD rolling mill sections as needed.
Technical Expectations
- Solid understanding of roll setting procedures and the overall rolling process.
- Ability to maintain product quality in line with production standards.
- Familiarity with steel rolling mill operations and associated equipment.
