Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position is for an MEP Project Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role centers on supervising all MEP works, keeping schedules and budgets on track, and driving successful delivery through clear coordination and practical problem-solving.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and organize project plans for MEP activities.
• Coordinate and guide project team members to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage materials, labor, and other project resources efficiently.
• Identify project risks early and take steps to reduce their impact.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor work quality and ensure standards are consistently met.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution from start to completion.
• Track project progress and performance against targets.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, along with a valid equivalency certificate, is required.
• Applicants should have 10 or more years of experience.
• Prior experience in an MEP company is mandatory.
• Immediate availability to join is required.
