Mechanical Technician

Role Overview

We are looking for a Mechanical Technician to support heavy truck assembly work in Dubai. This position focuses on accurate mechanical fitting, component installation, inspection, and troubleshooting to help maintain quality and production output.

Key Responsibilities

• Study engineering drawings, technical documents, and assembly instructions carefully before starting work.
• Build and install heavy truck mechanical parts in line with approved manufacturing methods and quality expectations.
• Carry out fitting, alignment, and installation work for engines, gearboxes, axles, chassis parts, and other mechanical assemblies.
• Operate torque wrenches, measuring tools, and hand tools to achieve the required accuracy and dimensions.
• Assist with vehicle and engine assembly tasks while keeping pace with production targets and schedules.
• Check assembled parts for defects or mismatches and help apply corrective measures to preserve product quality.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical assembly problems to reduce rework and keep production moving smoothly.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas in safe working order and follow housekeeping standards.
• Work in line with company safety rules, quality procedures, and standard manufacturing practices at all times.
