This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, inventory, and finance-related operations. The role combines reporting, analysis, invoice handling, order coordination, and process improvement support. The ideal candidate can work independently, think critically, spot issues early, and turn data into practical operational insights.

Core Responsibilities

The position involves supporting day-to-day logistics activity, maintaining accurate operational records, and helping the team make data-backed decisions.

  • Track and coordinate logistics activity across several distribution channels.
  • Support order workflows for Amazon FBA, key accounts, Robo Shop, inter-warehouse transfers, and other assigned channels.
  • Monitor shipment status, delivery performance, and issue resolution.
  • Keep logistics data and records accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare, update, and share daily, weekly, and end-of-month operational reports.
  • Review logistics, transportation, inventory, and distribution data to identify patterns, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards, and management reporting tools.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and operational initiatives.
  • Check data consistency across different systems and reporting platforms.
  • Process and audit transportation, warehousing, and logistics invoices.
  • Match invoices to operational records and agreed contractual rates.
  • Support freight cost analysis, financial reporting, and month-end accruals.
  • Help track budgets and investigate billing differences with vendors and internal teams.
  • Look for ways to automate manual tasks and make reporting more efficient.
  • Support and improve Excel-based tools, templates, and workflows.
  • Assist with data extraction, validation, and reporting across multiple systems.
  • Take part in logistics projects and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Handle special assignments as needed and work closely with Logistics, Inventory Control, Finance, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Customer Service, and external partners.
  • Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality when working with company information.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline is required.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, finance, data analysis, or a similar area.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • High level of organization and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Self-driven mindset and a willingness to keep learning and developing.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and benefits, including 401(k), health insurance, PTO, and paid sick leave.
  • On-the-job training to help employees build current and relevant skills.
  • Career growth opportunities through short-term assignments and new responsibilities.
